It is available 24/7 using your existing Blackhawk Bank & Trust eCHIEF Internet Banking access ID and password.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must have an active eCHIEF Internet Banking account with Blackhawk Bank & Trust. If you are not currently enrolled you can visit www.choosethechief.com to download an application.

To enroll in Mobile Banking, log in to your eCHIEF Internet Banking account and click on the User Options tab. Click Manage Device(s) in the Mobile Banking tab and complete the enrollment process.

SECURITY:

The Blackhawk Bank & Trust Mobile Banking is an extension of your eCHIEF Internet Banking service. When you log in you will be presented with the same security questions you are accustomed to seeing when you log into your eCHIEF Internet Banking account. Plus, the mobile app still uses the SSL encryption to keep your information as secure as the Blackhawk Bank & Trust eCHIEF Internet Banking account.

PERMISSIONS:

In order to enable certain features, this application needs to access the following on your mobile device:

• Location services: so we can return ATM/Branch search results that are relevant to your current location

• Contacts: so that when using the Popmoney person-to-person payments feature you can easily select a contact from your device to pay

* eCHIEF Internet Banking customers must first set up transfer and bill pay accounts prior to using these features. A fee may apply for the Bill Payment service and Popmoney feature.
