Whether it’s “Beautiful Truths” in March, or “Beautiful Gratitude” in November, each month is designed with a specific focus that makes the theme the center of your attention. Simply touch on the top of the screen where the theme title is, and a description will open up for you. Each month ends with a Blessing specific to the theme you enjoyed throughout those four weeks, as a way to send you forward with all the goodness that you just experienced.Every week is a journey.As you progress through a week you will find different aspects that will become your touchstones in your Bloom Beautiful experience.-Something to Ponder: Each week begins with a question that stirs your heart and mind toward thoughtful consideration of the theme.-Quote: You will enjoy bite-sized quotes that feed your soul and resonate in your spirit in the days that follow your Something to Ponder.-Reflection: This allows for a longer wrap-up about what you were considering all week. It’s something more for you to chew on and takes you a little bit deeper into the subject at hand.-Stillness: This is the wonderful art of pausing from the thinking and allows you to breathe in a truth. This meditation always begins with “Be still and know…” and ends each week on a peaceful note.Every day is an inspiration.Whether it is the Question or the Quote, the Theme Reflection or the Practicing Stillness, each day is designed to inspire you – to help you breathe in life more deeply, more thoughtfully and even more lightly where you truly need it. Just a quick note: We know how tempting it is to get driven about even the most peaceful pursuits so, for that reason, we chose to keep your focus on the day at hand.
