Firstly, align the beginning of the ruler with the object you wish to measure. 2. Hold your finger on the other end of the screen. 3. Slide the phone (so that your finger slides along the screen, moving the ruler) while maybe resting your hand on something sturdy, along the object and continue sliding the device until your finger reaches the end of the screen. 4. Take your finger off the screen, place it on the other end of the screen and repeat the steps until you reach the end of the object.NOTE: Illustrated instructions are included with the app NOTE: Although this ruler app is one of the most accurate on of the app store, this app is not to be used for precision measuring, the ruler is only for approximate measuring.
