Choose contacts to follow your trip, and BlueLight will text a map of your location. Once you reach your destination, your followers will receive a text notification of your safe arrival, and location sharing will turn off.Request HelpBlueLight uses the sophisticated GPS technology in your phone to improve emergency response, automatically determining who can get you help fastest. Pressing the Request Help button routes your call to the nearest emergency services, whether that be Campus Security, Ski Patrol or local law enforcement. Your current address is provided at the top of the screen as a local notification, so you don’t have to think or look around when the dispatcher asks you for your location. It’s faster and more accurate than dialing 911.Today Screen AccessEmergency help is only two taps away when you install BlueLight on your Today screen.
