Boat Safe is free to everyone and every boater should download this free and important app.The Boat Safe app provides these great features - Blood Alcohol Estimator to insure you aren’t operating a vessel over the legal limit however, under no circumstances should you rely on the Blood Alcohol Estimator to determine whether you are fit or not to operate a vessel.
