Body fat % calculator is a simple app for calculating the total fat in your body. It's based on the US Navy formula of fat calculation. So, you just need to enter few details such as height, neck, waist and hips (in case of female), and it calculates the fat percentage in your body. If your calculated body fat is normal, then it's displayed in green color, otherwise it will be displayed in red.

If your body fat percentage is displayed in red, then it usually means that either your fat level is too high or it's below the minimal fat(essential fat) necessary for survival and you should promptly consult your doctor.
