This app lets you apply "bokeh" effect (also known as "Lens Blur") to any photo.
Bokeh effect is mostly used to blur out a background from a photo, and leave the main subject more clear and visible.
Bokeh Photo Effect is quick and easy to use, just:
1. Pick a new photo or an existing one from your photos album
2. Draw lines to identify the subject (foreground) and the background
3. play with filter settings and save the final result to your photo album
