Use this application to determine quickly and easily the severity of an asthma attack (Downes rating) or bronchiolitis grade (Wood-Downes/Tall rating).In patients with bronchiolitis and asthma, the severity assessment can be performed using the Wood-Downes scale that analyzes the following variables: cyanosis, hypoventilation, spasticity, respiratory effort, and neurological status.
