Welcome to bubbly blue! bubbly blue is a Bluetooth chat application that allows you to message nearby friends. Make your own chat rooms, share messages, and connect with other Windows Phone 8.1 or Windows 8.1 owners. Because it is a Universal App, you can connect all of your Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 devices for one low price! (please note that the Windows 8.1 app may or may not not be available in your region) Also, because bubbly blue works on just Bluetooth, you do not need an internet connection to chat! However, Bluetooth does require devices to be close to one another (within about 30 meters). If you have issues connecting please be sure to check out the Help section within the app.
