- Budgies is an easy to use, free budgeting app that borders on the line of awesome!

BUDGET SECTIONS:

* Owed:

- When budgeting your money, it's always great to keep track of who owes you money! So that's exactly what this owed section is for. Store the name of the person, object they owe you (money, gas, soda, etc..), and how many they owe.

* Payment Sources:

- Just add in the name of where you make your payments from. (ex: Bank, Credit Card, etc..)

* Payment Categories:

- Categories are linked with payment sources in your budget to see what the money is going towards. (ex: House, Car, Bills, etc..)

* Debts:

- Budgies debts section stores the hard data, like exactly what you're paying out, when it is due, and how much is owed. The data stored in debts will be linked to a payment category. (ex: Electric bill, Car note, etc..)

USERS:

* Username/password:

- Our username/password system is awesome! Registering is so simple, tap to create an account, add an email (for recovery purposes) and set a personal password. Boom! You're ready to start Budgeting with Budgies!

- If you forget your password, don't worry about it! Just click the forgot password section on the login page and we'll send a reset password link to your email.

* PayDayTracker:

- Budgies can track when your payday is! Just enter the amount you got paid last, the last time you got paid, and the next time you'll get paid. It's really that easy..

THEMES:

* UI Themes:

- Budgies has loads of great themes to choose from! Just pop into the settings and switch to the one you'd like to use.

* Text Themes:

- You want your budget to be your budget.. Sooo... We did that for you =} This is where our "Budgies" come into play. They are your budgeting buddies to bring more comfort to making, and keeping track of your budget. (Not fully finished)

DATA:

- First off, we do not link credit cards, bank accounts or anything like that to our system.. We don't do this for your protection.

- Budgies app data is stored where most data is stored.. Online. Lets be honest, there's no perfect way of being 100% online anymore. Storing data online is still the best way to keep large amounts of data in an accessable area. With that being said, we here at Budgies have looked high and low for the best way to store your sensitive information and in the end we found Parse.com. Parse is a highly used, very secure online database that serilizes (makes it a bunch of jiberish) all the information stored in the Budgies database.
