CAP Preflight is the perfect app to effortlessly complete all required briefing documentation quickly and accurately so you can focus on the mission instead of paperwork.

CAP Preflight integrates with the CAPF104 in WMIRS and is able to import data from the 104 in WMIRS to capture the CAP IDs, Mission Number, Aircraft, and other vital data, and then augments that information with internal Personnel and Aircraft databases to fill out the 104 Mission, Manifest, and Briefing sections in their entirety using user defined default values.

With the 104 data preloaded, the Operational Risk Management (ORM) form and Weight & Balance worksheet can be completed in 90 seconds, then the app can update the 104 and upload photos of the ORM and W/B worksheets to WMIRS. The entire process takes about 5 minutes - REALLY!
