This is a mobile application meant for CESC’s existing Low Tension consumers as well as Low Tension New Applicants .
An existing consumer can key-in his/her latest Consumer Number or Customer id to view his/her latest electricity bill/payment details & consumption/payment history of last 12 months , estimate his/her monthly bill value , request for a duplicate electricity bill which he/she can receive either via email or through courier , apply for load augmentation for installation of AC , and also docket a complaint via this application.
New applicants can view their application status by keying in their Mains Reference(MR) Number or Application Form Number.
