Cable Calculators Free is the free version of the Cable Calculators(FV) App. Developed for CATV Technicians to use in their day to day work. Simply put, it is a set of RF, Coax and Fiber Optic Calculators all in one app. This is the basic version of the APP that will give you access to 2 of the 5 calculators available. There is also some adaptability that allows you to change the frequencies and their loss ratios to match your needs within the system that you work within.

In this version of the app you are able to perform loss calculations on a single span or length of cable and perform conversion calculations. THERE ARE NO PASSIVE OR MULTIPLE SPAN CALCULATIONS DONE WITHIN THIS VERSION OF THE APP. TO PERFORM HOUSE, PLANT AND FIBER CALCULATIONS YOU WILL NEED THE (FV) FULL VERSION.

*** Please Note that although this app will work on virtually any Android based equipment, the settings and screen sizes were set with the smaller handheld devices in mind.
