This simple Mortgage Calculator App makes calculating your mortgage payments easy. Simply enter the cost of the property (Principal), the potential Interest Rate, the term (Years), and the payment periods such as monthly, weekly, semi-annually or annually. Press the "Calculate Payment" button and you are shown the payment amount you would have to make each payment period.

The app also gives you the option to calculate the Principal you could potentially afford. In that case you would enter the monthly payment you could make in the Payment box and leave the Principal Box blank. Enter the Interest Rate, Payment Periods, and then press the "Calculate Principal" button.

An extra handy feature of this app is a Local News feed so you can stay informed about the area you might be moving to. There is a National News feed related to updated mortgage news, and finally we included a tip calculator. This comes in handy when you are eating out looking at properties.
