Caller ID Info takes your MS Excel file where you save customer or other contact information and shows you all the information you need when an incoming call matches a record in the Excel file. You simply choose the MS Excel file from the app’s file browser and when a customer calls you will see all the information that exists in the MS Excel file for that particular customer. The screen with all the information will appear on top of the phone dialer or any other app that is focused when you receive the call.

Keep track of your client calls

With the history window you can easily track calls that you received from customers. You can sort the history to see missed, newest, or oldest calls first. You can also click on a call in the history screen and then choose to see its information or to call that number.

Additional features:

★ select a theme for the screen that will show the caller's information(more themes coming soon)

★ if there are more than one phone columns in your file, select which one you want the app to search for

★ turn the app's functionality on or off so that when it's off, the app will not show the caller's information when you receive an incoming call that matches a record in the Excel file.

★ toggle the app's window up or down to see the regular caller ID or to use the keypad.

★ supports most common CSV file variants, this means that you can practically use the app with any database that can export tables into the CSV format. Just follow your vender's instructions for creating a CSV file from you contact information table and then choose that file in the app's file browser.
