Car & Fleet Manager app is an app which allows the user to enter and maintain information and vehicle documentation for up to 2 cars for the Lite version and 7 cars for the Pro version. Companies with fleets will get the customized app to allow them to enter unlimited number of cars. Car & Fleet Manager has the following features: 1) Maintain all information related to the car(car name, make, model, year, license plate, registration numer, insurance policy number, milage, and Vin Number 2) Allows its user to take limited pictures for this lite version (unlimited for the Pro version) and save them within the application. User will be able to take and save limited pictures for the Lite version and unlimited for the Pro version (registration card, insurance card, license plate, pictures of the car, tickets, receipts and business cards) 3) Allows its user to track many different typs of expenses such as oil changes, fuel, brakes and many more 4) For each expense entered, the application allows the user to enter the amount, the date of the expense, keep track of odometer reading related to the expense, setup and track alerts and reminders, save GPS location related to that expense, add as many notes as wished, and take as many pictures related to that expense as needed. This way every expense comes with as many details and documentation for later reference and use 5) Allows it user to track many different services such as engine oil, trasmission work, engine services, brake services and many more. 6) Allows its user to export data related to each car to a CVS file (only with Pro version) 7) Displays expense information in a chart form for the user. This chart is displayed at the very first page with percentages of the expenses. It also displays the recent services that was completed its alert status, and at the very first page the most expensive amount paid will be displayed with the expense name. 8) User will be able to see at the first page the total expense of the selected car and the pie charts details out what was spent. 9) User is able to sort expenses per month, year, expense type, or service type 10) User will also be able to enter manual alerts from the setting tabs 11) User will be able to add any customized services that does not exist in the application database (PRO Version)
