Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sejak akhir tahun 2013 oleh Institute of International Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada, OSAKA University RESPECT (Revitalizing and Enriching Society through Pluralism, Equity, and Cultural Transformation) Program, dan PT. Gama Techno Yogyakarta serta berkonsultasi dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) dan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BPNB). Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan informasi yang biasa terjadi antara para pihak (pemerintah, sektor-sektor bisnis, organisasi bantuan dan kemanusiaan, dan korban bencana) setelah terjadinya bencana.[English]Cared Safety Confirmation is a Wide-View Disaster Information and Prediction System using mobile phone application. The application has been developed since the end of 2013 by the Institute of International Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada, OSAKA University-RESPECT (Revitalizing and Enriching Society through Pluralism, Equity, and Cultural Transformation) Program, and PT. Gama Techno Yogyakarta in consultation with Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) and Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB). It aims to fill the information gap that usually occurs among stakeholders (government, business sector, relief and humanitarian organizations, and disaster victims) in the aftermath of a disaster.
