Whenever, the SIM card will be changed in you phone, it will automatically send new SIM's Serial Number, It's Network Operator name and it's Network Subscriber ID.

This information you will receive but the outgoing SMS will be deleted from your phone's outbox due to security so that the thief remains unaware that his information is already sent to one or two numbers you entered first.
