The CIBS application is free during beta testing which will end on Oct 18.

The Check In Be Safe (CIBS) mobile application and its provisionally patented Emergency-Status, Locator Notification System was created to reduce the time a person goes missing due to abduction, or goes without assistance from emergency responders due to incapacitation from accidents, physical assault, medical or mental affliction while in solitary or isolated conditions. This is accomplished by sending an automated alert message to the user’s authorized contact list with his or her current or last geographical location, current photo, time stamp and status if a proper response to the app’s hail is not received within the users pre-defined time interval.

Simply put, CIBS alerts others when you can't! CIBS will be your voice whether you are unable or unconscious.
