How does Civic Brigade work?

• House and Senate members are restricted to a finite amount of floor time each session. Civic Brigade presents speeches with the party affiliation and speaker name removed to enable users to judge the speech’s value by its content. You decide whether the speeches are a valuable use of the limited time Congress allocates for discussion.
• Civic Brigade uses the voice of the people for creating unbiased profiles of our elected officials.
