This app is for the trainer, coach and tutor who needs to keep track of how many times she/he has met her/his students.

Of course you can use pen and paper, but if you have more than one student, it is much easier to use the app. Once you have entered the student name in the app, you simply check the student name and click the PRESENT button every time.

You can then easily VIEW the numbered list of that students attended number of classes and dates and settle any disputes with the student.

There is another feature to the app too. There is a START and STOP button.

These start and stop a chime that rings roughly around every 10 minutes.

Reason for this: many students are distracted by teachers looking frequently at their watches during the lesson.

The built-in chime in the app is designed to chime every 10 minutes thus giving you enough warning to plan and to wrap up the lesson within the hour.

This app is designed with simplicity in mind. There is NOTHING to configure!

All you have are two lists. A list for all your current and past students and a list of your current students only.

Reason for this? Say you have 100+ students per year, it will soon become a chore to scroll through a very long list to find the student you will be having a class with today and to mark his/her attendance.

So instead, you add all your currently active students to your current list ( you do this only once ). The current student list is conveniently the main view of the application. Once you launch the app just check the student you have a class with and select PRESENT.

To view a list of all dates that you held a class with a selected student, select the student and click HISTORY.

You will definitely find this app a very useful app for a tutor, coach, instructor, mentor ... and any other professional who need to keep track of the number of times met with a client and for the time elapsed during the meeting.
