This app accompanies ePRO enabled studies created on the Clinical Studio Website. It allows subjects to use their iPad or iPhone, sign into the system and complete survey type forms. These forms are defined and scheduled for completion using the website. The app will notify the subject when a form or forms is due. Once completed the system will provide notification that there are no forms due.This app is an excellent way to get subjects to report their current condition; data that is critical to any study. The subject is assigned a Profile ID and Password. Once they have successfully signed in once, the system will keep them signed in. The system will constantly monitor and report to the subject when forms are due for completion. This make it very easy for subjects to simply tap their responses and report exactly how they are feeling over periods of time.Progress can be easily monitored on the Clinical Studio website or the Clinical Studio iOS app. Each time a subject is registered, they are assigned a password. That enables the subject to access their survey forms seamlessly.
