Intended AudienceBubble Clock Free is a sample application for youngsters who wish to learn to tell time using a clock face, minute and hour hand. The GameBubble Clock Free is a sample of a game that provides an entertaining learning experience with colorful clocks, bubbles, and audio. With three levels, the sample app serves as the first introduction for toddlers to learn to tell time. The first level provides time on the hour, one to 12 o'clock. Level 2 adds quarter and half hour and level 3 does time for each 5 minute intervals. The sample game begins with a graphical image of a clock showing a time such as three o'clock. Translucent bubbles containing random digital times float across the screen inviting your child to choose the bubble containing the correct time such as 3:00. A pleasant voice instructs the youngster to "Select the time on the moving bubble that represents the time on the clock". As the clock ticks, your youngster searches the floating bubbles to find the correct digital time. Once a few problems are completed, the scenario changes. For the next scenario, the digital time representation appears in the upper left corner and five random clocks float across the screen. Your youngster selects the clock with the correct time. The third scenario gives an audio clip of the time phrase and the youngster selects the correct floating clock for the spoken time phrase without the aid of the digital time. For each scenario, your child is rewarded with a clock chime when the correct time is chosen. Otherwise, the child is gently encouraged to try again. Each incorrect selection reduces the set of incorrect times, eventually leaving only the correct time. The sample version limits the youngster to two times per scenario.
