*How it works*

When your bill is something like $1.66, you usually get a pocketful of change back if you pay with $2.00. Instead, you could hand over $2 and 16¢ and receive exactly two quarters as change! That’s all there is to it and this app will do the mental math for you.

1. Type in the change part of the bill (66 for $1.66)

2. Hit ‘ENTER’

3. Pay the change shown in ‘Pay’ in addition to a dollar over your bill (ie $2 and 16¢ for $1.66)

4. If you did it right, you’ll receive the change shown in ‘Get’ (50¢)

P.S. If you always carry 24¢, you can make sure you only get quarters as change. But this app will also show you what to pay if you have less (in the 2nd row of ‘Pay’).
