As you know, every color on a screen of a computer or phone is made up of three colors. These colors are Red, Green, and Blue. Pictures are made up of thousands of small little colors that make up one picture. You can use this application to remove all Red, Green, and/or Blue from any image. It also allows you to only partially remove a certain color, letting you dim down an images brightness. This app is quite nice to have around for artists to look at the different colors they have in there pictures.
