【實用工具app】Compass Beeline Altitude Track|最夯免費app

This is an extension to my free Linear Compass and GPS address app. Initial information shown is Azimuth, Latitude, Longitude, and Altitude. You may optionally choose to have this information read to you from the device. It will update you every 30 seconds.

Optional information to display is the address of your current location. Acquisition of Address may appear to freeze app, but it just takes a moment. Data may also be accumulated with WiFi.

Other features include conversion between meters and feet, and DD.DDD to DD MM.MMM, beeline as the crow flies distance tracker, total distance and speed calculation, ability to change text, background and compass colors, and elevation profile tracker that is good for up to a 5 hour hike.

Might be good for hiking, backpacking, camping, geocaching, treasure hunting, scavenger hunting, orienteering.

This app is best used while the device is in motion. Values may change and accumulate when device is at rest. Results may vary based on GPS coverage.

If the compass appears to get stuck, shake the device to wake the orientation sensor up.
