Contemplation is a useful tool in self improvement courses, motivational programs and spiritual searches. It can also work alongside your meditation practice to help remind you during the day of the need to stay focused.

Sometimes it is easy to forget what's most important in life especially since smartphones and tablets arrived! This app makes use of the ever-increasing time we spend looking at our devices by displaying the most inspiring quotes at intervals throughout the day. It will probably take 10 seconds to read one of these quotes and reflect upon it but the benefits of that reflection time could be just what you need the most.

The inspiring quotes are shown in a popup which you can design yourself and are randomly chosen each time from your selected category.

You can add your own quotes to a category and even choose to share them with the ever growing network of quotes others have also chosen to share*.

Available categories include Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Self Motivational and Self Counselling, we are also open to suggestion for further categories.

When quotes are shown you have the option to like a quote which will give it a +1 on Contemplation's server, the most popular quotes are seen the most.

As well as like a quote, you can dislike which stops you seeing that quote again unless you find it in the quotes list within settings and like it.

You can also choose to hear the quote spoken to you if you don't feel like reading it!
