Converter EU DL is a program for smartphones or tablets with android system that allow the conversion of equivalence between the categories of national driving licenses of EU and EEA issued before January 19, 2013 and the driving license - unique European model and vice versa.

In the European Union there are more than 110 different models of driving licenses and depending on the date of issue with different categories.

So because the complexity of the equivalence of all national driving permits issued by all EU Member States, EEA who are now in effect until January 19, 2013, EU DL Converter allows conversion of equivalences between categories of these models and the single European model and vice versa.
