The Cookbook is a small list of recipes from Ireland, UK and Canada. This is my personal list as curated by family and friends.
The Cookbook includes conversions for weights, measures and temperatures in each recipe, as well as some notes and comments from my own experiences. A few recipes have photos included.
Occasional updates will include new recipes and photos as the list of recipes are built up.
Initial release has 7 recipes including: Irish Soda Bread ( Farls and Bannock ), Cheese and Onion, Chicken and Peppers Alfredo, Madeleines, Minced Beef Tart / Plate Pie, Beef Soup Stew and Pancakes.
