This app is you’re an enterprise platform to for peer to peer rating in an organization. Peer to Peer rating, i.e. one colleague rating another in an organization brings out the under currents in an organization and is a very effective tool for HR, employee motivation, counselling, identifying training needs and allocation of important responsibilities in an organization.
This app support anonymous rating of colleagues. You can give a thumbs up or a thumbs down to your colleague. You can rate using various criteria predefined by your own organization. The rating is totally anonymous, in the sense that your colleague will not know how you have rated him / her. You can view the net + score of all employees who have a net + ve score above the limit set by your organization. You can also view how many times someone has rated others in a time period.
Top rated colleagues are shown in the Leaderboard for the whole company or your office or your department / team. This app brings out the true under currents in an organization and helps HR and the management to reward the leaders and also fine tune strategies.
