Counting with Dinosaurs is for young children 3 to 5 who are learning to recognize numbers and to count up to 10. It uses a set of cute child friendly dinosaurs and 2 young cave-children to help your children. The App has a narrator throughout to guide the children through their fun learning. Counting with Dinosaurs uses dinosaur eggs which hatch into baby dinosaurs after a learning phase or completion of a task as the child progresses through the App. Two cave children, Raju and Tina, are included as ‘friends’ to accompany the child on their journey. The concepts included are listed below but are deliberately not the focus for the child; the focus is the learning, interaction and fun without referring to values or number lines etc.This is a very basic counting App for the younger children, but it does include some material suitable for those children who are 5 or 6 too.
