So, who are we?

The gym opened in May 2012 and since then we have been building a community of fitness enthusiasts who help and support each other every day in pushing the boundaries of our physical fitness, overall health and ability to perform super-human tasks.

Training our bodies to an elite level ain’t easy. We understand that, so we stick together and cheer each other on through the process. Most of our members are former “lone wolves” at the gym, and now see the benefit of training in a group who are working towards common goals.
