Do Not Disturb

DND mode helps you to stay focused when you are in a meeting, with friends or family or in a productive phase. Silent mode will be turned on and incoming notifications will be intercepted. You will get a smart notification summary afterwards. DND mode can be applied automatically from your calendar events or manually.

Do Not Distract

You can add a widget to your lockscreen which shows your daily phone and app usage. Furthermore you can define app time budgets, which you have to satisfy throughout the day. If you don't, some Cents will be put aside on a virtual "shame account".

When your virtual account has reached $25 you should do something meaningful with that money. But don't buy a shirt for you, help someone else! The app will send you to Kiva, where you can give loans to people around the world.

App Usage Stats: Lock Screen Widget / Ongoing Notification

The lock screen widget will show your daily app usage along with your next appointment. When DND mode is active it will show your productivity since DND mode was started.

If you have Android 5.0 you cannot add lock screen widgets. But you still can use the ongoing notification, which will also show some app statistics.
