Dagupan Guide is a complete and comprehensive reference for exploring the Bangus Capital of the World, developed through the joint venture of the Dagupan City Tourism Office and the University of Pangasinan-Phinma College of Information Technology Education.

Adjudged as the Best Android App in the 2013 Digital Pangasinan ICT Congress, Dagupan Guide seeks to promote Dagupan by highlighting the city's tourist spots; and to guide tourists at the same time by packing all together many useful features that mobile technology will allow. Galila ed Dagupan!
