To not do so is weak and unacceptable!The Daily Spartan provides an exercise challenge every day, randomly picked from 100 exercises. All the exercises can be done anywhere, as they require no equipment (Nb: A future gym based Daily Spartan is on its way!). The exercises are mainly strength based, but as it is important for a Spartan to remain supple, there are some stretching ones in there too.As you toil away at the exercises, the app will keep track of your success rate, showing:- How many days you've managed to successfully complete the challenge- Your success percentage- Your Spartan points!Even though all Spartans should be strong and glorious, we understand that not all Spartans are of the same standard. Therefore there are 4 difficulty levels:- Recruit for the weak- Veteran for the strong- Captain for the glorious- King for the legends!So, there is no excuse!
