More crash bugs removed. Speech disabled if it fails to load and crashes, re-launching should have speech turned off. You can re-enable in settings if it's a one off crash.

1.0.8 Update:

Crash bug on 512MB phones fixed. Sorry, this doesn't happen in the 512MB VM! I disabled loading of the speech grammer for card recognition for now until I figure out if it can be fixed. Users can also disable it in settings if they want to save working memory.

Switched backing DB to sqlite for ~50% speed improvement

Can fetch new cards as soon as available from gatherer (no need to wait for app update anymore)
