Our DocketBank app is designed to give you all the tools you need to quickly and easily grab copies of your receipts and warranties via your phone’s camera. You can then attach these images to any of the Accounts or Folders you set up.

You can also quickly retrieve any of your past transactions with the image of your receipt right there on your smart phone. If you do not want to attach a docket, DocketBank will allow you to enter the transactional data without the image, allowing you to track any or all of your spending.

TRAVELLING OR OFFLINE?

Travelling overseas or away from a data connection? Not only does our app work offline, allowing you to enter your data and receipts as you go, it automatically syncs when you regain a connection.

We also support all international currencies so you can create an account in one currency, conduct a transaction in another currency, and let DocketBank automatically convert this for you.

BUDGETING

You can also use our DocketBank app to give you a snapshot of your spending and to show you how much you have left in your predetermined budgets.

When you view your budgets via our website, you are able to see over defined periods (weekly, monthly or annually) where and by how much you might be busting your financial goals.

TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM

DocketBank has as a core feature our brilliant Traffic Light System (TLS) – instantly warning you when you are about to exceed a spending limit, budget or credit limit. The TLS will also quickly warn you when a payment is due.

You can also easily track your warranty status with DocketBank. Once you enter a Warranty into DocketBank, our TLS will warn you when it is about to expire.
