To download the video, put the finger on the movie, and hold it, a dialog will appear and ask to "Create Video Link", you can create that link if the video has iPad version video to download. A yellow bar will appear, you put the finger on that link and hold it, a popup will appear for you to download. If the name of file does not have correct extension, for example youtube.com, you will have to change that "VideoPlayback" to .mov or .mp4 file in order to play.
