The story begins when Ismo, a humble Sewer City's plumber come to unblock the pipes of the house of our hero, being affected by the toxic gases in pipes thus becoming the evil Dr Soppapa.

In this first episode, the Dr Soppapa has kidnapped the girlfriend of our hero, who must use their superpowers to rescue her. During the 5 levels of the game the player must dominate the abilities of Captain Methanox to run, jump high and jump long. Capturing the elements thrown by his girlfriend and assembling a bomb to stop Soppapa.

You will find with increasing difficulties in each level. First, you must master the pace of the game to make our hero run and then jump to catch items dumped by his girlfriend. In the following levels you must learn to jump over oil stains (dumped by the battered bike), as well as the pieces that fall from the bike. In the following levels you will face the fearsome plungers "soppapas" of the evil villain.
