This App currently only reads UK drivers licenses. It will not read French or American or Greek or Russian etc licenses.The Driver License Reader app will read the front side of a UK drivers license right on your iPhone or iPad. The app uses the latest OCR for mobile technology from Imense Ltd to OCR the image of you drivers license.The scanned text and optionally stored image of the license can be accessed via iTunes FileSharing. Nothing is sent to the internet all of the OCR is done on you iPhone or iPad.The application only reads capital letters and numbers (it will not decode the lower case letters on field 9 of the UK license).The stored list of license data can be edited on your iPhone or iPad by pressing the VIEW IDs button.
