EffortBide is a program that illustrates how to estimate the effort in software development projects by mean of "Cases of Use Points Analysis".
The estimation for use cases is a way of early estimation of calculation of the development effort for the implementation of a software project, which was developed in 1993 by Gustav Karner in order finally to obtain estimates of effort on object-oriented software products.
