Elite Decisions enables Decision Making Training to be developed using video clips of in-game situations, to enable athletes to make decisions about the state of play of the clip they are watching, whilst the clip is playing (the best three decisions have been ranked prior to viewing and points awarded to each decision). The athlete has to click which option he believes to be the best when that option appears in play (the athlete does not see the options, but must make the decision based on his/her own view of how the match should be played). The athlete is then ranked based on which options they chose, and an end score is awarded.
