Empy is a simple DashClock extension that displays information about the color of the lights atop the Empire State Building in NYC. These lights change colors periodically to pay homage to various cultural and political events. As a New Yorker, people often ask me if I know why it's colored the way it is on a certain night, and I got tired of never knowing the answer. As a huge fan of DashClock, this seemed like the best way to solve my problem.

As this is strictly a DashClock extension, it will *not* appear in your app drawer, you'll need to have DashClock installed to use it.

This plugin is made possible because of the data provided by http://whatcoloristheempirestatebuilding.com. I am in no way affiliated with that site, I just wrote this simple plugin to query it for data.
