ErlangC is used in situations where a caller will sit on hold. Simply enter the peak volume, the average length of a call and either average blocking rate or hold time. Your iPhone will compute the number of lines or agents using the widely-accepted Erlang formulas.This application can also be used in similar situations where an infinite/unknown population is trying to access limited resources.
