Impressive Demo application is an application which is developed to demonstrate the functionalities of our “IMPRESS" a hand held thermal printer with multiple number of peripherals integrated. The Impressive demo application installed on the Android smart phones and Tablet promotes the utilization of characteristics of IMPRESS where in communication between the devices is established through Bluetooth.

Impressive Demo application is developed using Prowess SDK. Prowess SDK is a library for enthusiast developers interested in developing their own android applications using IMPRESS device.

1. Printer: prints the data on thermally sensitive paper, the additional operations that the printer facilitates are graphics printing, custom text printing, barcode printing, line printing, paper feed, Diagnostics etc.

2. FPS: Allows capturing user's finger template, supports verifying the finger template data, get image uncompressed form, verify compressed, get Image data in uncompressed form, verify uncompressed etc.

3. Magnetic Card reader: Reads the data present on the Track1 and Track2 of magnetic card, it also has a bidirectional reading capability

4. Smart card reader: Permits Operations like writing/reading data to/from the smart card.

5. Baud change: Switch the baud rate of all the peripherals from 9600 to 115200 and vice versa.
