Many people watch the Sprint Cup Series stock car race on their DVR. It creates a problem for fantasy players because you cannot check your points online during the race (the results you see will spoil the outcome). What you need is a way to calculate your points as you go through the race at your own pace. The Fantasy Points Calculator app is your tool.

The app is designed to work with the current cup points system and supports 5 fantasy cars/drivers. If your league uses a different number of drivers or a different point system, this app may not function as desired.

Select your 5 cars/drivers and enter their current running position, check the box if they have gained an extra point for leading a lap, and if they won an extra point for leading the most laps. The app will calculate your points for you. If you're like me, you are watching the race with someone else in your league and the two of you can compare points positions throughout the race.

NOTE** This app does not automatically download and update your points for you. You must enter your own car/driver positions as the race progresses.
