Fasting Buddy is an app to keep track of your daily intermittent fasting. You will get notifications when the eating period begins and ends. Fasting Buddy will help you maintain an daily intermittent fasting routine. You can set the length of the eating period and the start and end. If you change start the end will be adjusted automatically and vice versa. Fasting Buddy will send a notification when the eating period starts and ends. Optionally you can get a remainder 30 minutes or an hour before the eating period ends. Notifications can be configured (sound/no sound etc) through the notification center.
