This App is a tool to predict alertness/weariness expressed as an Individual Fatigue Likelihood Score (IFLS) based on the commonly used Sleep-Awake Calculation Model. A scheduled (duty) period can be set up and by tracking your sleep-awake and work pattern your IFLS prediction will automatically be updated. This pattern can quickly be updated by simply selecting hour-cells and allocating them to an activity. This can be used as part of an organisational Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). The calculation parameters can be adapted to the FRMS that is applicable to your situation. This App can also track prescribed Maximum Duty Times and Mandatory Rest Periods and will have the capability to differentiate activities when awake by their impact on fatigue.
