Feedback Survey App by Architected allows you to host a survey and have your audience complete it from their mobile device.

Using a QR code or survey code to launch the survey. Responses are saved to your Architected site for retrieval later via CSV.

If you would like to host a survey:

1. Goto https://www.architected.net and create your survey in your micro-site

2. Get your audience to download the app

3. Share your survey code or qr code image

4. Export your answers from the portal in csv

If you are completing a survey:

1. Download the app

2. Get your survey code or scan a QR image from the host

3. Complete the answers and you are done
