Field Agent by apmasphere is a mobile property management inspection application. Field Agent walks the property manager through 4 different inspection types. For a room by room routine inspection similar to Field Agent 1 we have have the 'Quick Routine' option and for the extensive routine inspection we have a 'Detailed Routine' option. To complete the tenancy cycle we have an Ingoing and Outgoing Inspection option. These reports are based on the requirements throughout Australia and New Zealand, and also have options for the UK, the US and other jurisdictions. The property manager is prompted to add comments and photos to each room and feature in the property. After the inspection is complete then the report can be emailed directly from your iPhone straight to the client or back to the office computer. Field Agent includes the popular ‘overlay’ feature. This feature brings up photos from previous inspections and lets the property manager use them as an overlay, meaning you can take the same photo over and over again.
